As part of Team Amex, youll experience this powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career.Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.How will you make an impact in this role?<ul><li>Execute the American Express Talent Acquisition (TA) recruitment strategy to ensure inclusivity and delivery of qualified talent.</li><li>Master operational excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan.</li><li>Work with Hiring Leaders to achieve hiring volume and headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, and provide feedback on candidates.</li><li>Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities.</li><li>Update and post jobs, manage requisitions, and disposition candidates.</li><li>Conduct first round interviews, intake meetings, and interview debriefs.</li><li>Structure and negotiate offers and partner with the compensation team as necessary to determine appropriate packages.</li><li>Partner with other departments throughout the recruitment process including, recruitment operations, legal, compensation, etc.</li><li>Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback.</li><li>Participate in recruitment events and handle colleague referrals.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.</li><li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting talent acquisition processes.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)</li></ul> Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
