This role will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to design and deploy integrated partner campaigns across digital, lifecycle touchpoints (web, app, email, and paid media channels)You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, product marketing, partnerships, data science, and creative to ensure partner marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact at scale. This role requires both a strategic mindset and the ability to operationalize and optimize campaigns for performance.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Develop and execute scalable partner marketing programs to drive guest demand and incremental covers.</li><li>Create playbooks and toolkits for partner campaigns across email, app, and web.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to ensure partner campaigns align with business goals.</li><li>Lead demand generation initiatives including promotional activations, partner spotlights, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty tie-ins.</li><li>Define KPIs and track performance across campaigns, optimizing for ROI and long-term partner growth.</li><li>Manage external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution and creative development.</li><li>Act as the liaison between partner needs and internal marketing/brand strategies.</li></ul>About You<ul><li>6–8 years of experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, tech, or marketplace industries.</li><li>Proven experience developing and scaling B2C demand generation campaigns.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics (email, paid media, SEO, and lifecycle).</li><li>Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.</li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance optimization and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
