This role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and thought leadership to ensure the seamless operation of the enterprise in Jira Cloud. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams- engineering, design, individual users and teams to drive measurable success metrics and OKRs.This candidate will have a passion for process innovation, customer-centered design, data-driven mindset, relentless attention to detail, and the ability to build and leverage meaningful relationships with the team and partners. How will you make an impact in this role?<ul><li>Translate strategy into actionable requirements, user stories with acceptance criteria and engage in all agile ceremonies.</li><li>Prioritize the backlog based on business impact, enterprise value and technical feasibility.</li><li>Collaborate closely with enterprise teams, technology, and compliance teams to align priorities.</li><li>Act as product ambassador, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.</li><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.</li><li>Analyze and determine strategies to incorporate user feedback to ensure high satisfaction and adoption rates.</li><li>Support JIRA administration, including creation and management of custom complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for tool usage.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>8+ years of experience in agile tool administration, project management, or agile transformation.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Skills<ul><li>Deep expertise in Jira (On-Prem and Cloud) administration, configuration, and usage.</li><li>Experience with Jira Cloud migration, including data transfer, integrations, and customizations.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to enhance tool functionality.</li></ul></li><li>Leadership and Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.</li><li>Adept at change management and driving user adoption in large organizations.</li></ul></li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar agile certifications.</li><li>Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
