By prioritizing enterprise growth across all sectors, we create solutions that enhance satisfaction and value, streamline operations for scalability, and maintain trust and security.Primary Responsibilities:The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Data Office, Data Incident Reporting &amp; Management team will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance with our data governance program to ensure that our Business Unit Data Offices adhere to our policies and standards.The individual will be responsible for:<ul><li>Monitoring &amp; reporting first-line adherence to data governance and other policy and standard requirements</li><li>Ongoing monitoring of and reporting on Data Quality Controls, including aggregation of results, threshold breaches, escalation needs.</li><li>Ongoing monitoring of and reporting on Data Incidents at each stage of the issue lifecycle, including aggregation of results, timeline breaches, escalation needs.</li><li>Monitor remediation of gaps and observations in policy compliance.</li><li>Track and report metrics for key risk indicators (inherent and residual risk).</li><li>In-depth analysis of data incidents to surface themes that would benefit from common solutions and/or process adjustments.</li><li>Collaborate across EDO to ensure that Business Unit Data offices are meeting documentation requirements and publishing necessary program health reports.</li><li>Providing support in training, communications and change management related to Data Governance across the enterprise.</li><li>Support compliance with Data Governance, Data Management, and other policies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A successful candidate will have:</li><li>A strong strategic approach with 8+ years prior experience in developing, implementing, and updating data governance Issue / Incident Management &amp; Reporting / analytics. </li><li>Experience with risk assessments and metrics aggregation and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of regulations such as BCBS-239, GDPR, CCPA, and others</li><li>Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with significant ambiguity.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.</li><li>High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability and resiliency.</li><li>Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent professional certification in data risk management, Reporting &amp; analytics, operational risk, etc. preferred.</li></ul> We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
