This Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the marketing strategy for product positioning, benefit messaging, and Card Member experiences. This team member will partner with cross-functional partners to ensure we are delivering valuable benefits, exceptional servicing, and a personalized customer experience to our Platinum Card Members. This team member will also support critical run-the-business product functions, including budget management, legal and compliance reviews, and ad hoc marketing updates.
