This will be done in partnership with TLS’s marketing teams, partner managers, distribution channels, and cruise and custom vacations partners to optimize the value provided to Card Members and maximize sales. This person will do all of these things with great attention-to-detail, clear communication, excellent organization, and a focus on doing what’s right for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Supporting sales initiatives for preferred cruise &amp; custom vacations partners, including processing customer offers, drafting terms &amp; conditions, performance reporting, and communicating key details to front line travel consultants</li><li>Providing flawless support of cruise &amp; custom vacations Card Member programs, including compliance adherence, operational execution of benefit fulfillment, and maintenance of key systems and documents</li><li>Supporting the cruise &amp; custom vacations account managers with reporting, invoicing, complaints monitoring, and partner trainings</li><li>Acting as a key liaison with cross-functional teams such as compliance, front line servicing, and marketing to represent team needs as we work toward shared goals</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills with an ability to create clarity by removing swirl with stakeholders</li><li>Comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and high growth environment where prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills are critical</li><li>Strong quantitative skills that enable the analysis of various data sources and the generation of a data-driven story with actionable insights</li><li>Ability to build relationships and drive progress among cross-functional teams and external business partners</li><li>Operationally-adept and a fast-learner</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required</li><li>Passion for travel, industry experience a plus</li></ul> Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
