The Brand Experience and Engagement Technology team leads the Event Marketing and AdTech technology strategy and platforms.<div>Job Responsibilities: </div><ul><li>Lead the adoption and implementation of BDD practices in collaboration with developers, product managers, and business analysts.</li><li>Develop and maintain BDD automated test scripts using tools like Cucumber or Behave, ensuring alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive and robust regression testing suite to ensure the stability of new features and updates.</li><li>Conduct exploratory and manual testing to uncover potential issues and validate system behavior.</li><li>Design, implement, and execute API testing strategies using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and collaborate</li><li>Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, collaborating with the development team to prioritize and resolve them.</li><li>Conduct performance testing to ensure the application meets scalability and responsiveness requirements.</li><li>Proactively contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on BDD, regression testing, and API testing.</li></ul><div>Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Up to 6+ years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:</li><li>Years of proven experience as a QA Engineer with expertise in BDD, regression testing, API testing, and Sauce Labs integration.</li><li>Proficient in BDD tools and frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Behave).</li><li>Solid experience with automated testing tools for React applications (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).</li><li>Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).</li><li>Familiarity with Sauce Labs or similar cloud-based testing platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of React components and architecture.</li><li>Proven experience in building and maintaining regression testing suites.</li><li>Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners.</li><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required, advanced degree.</li></ul><div>Best to have Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Advanced certifications in BDD or test automation.</li><li>Experience with other testing tools or frameworks.</li><li>Previous exposure to performance testing tools beyond basic familiarity.</li><li>Familiarity with additional security testing tools or methodologies.</li><li>Contribution to open-source testing projects.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Sauce Labs features and capabilities.</li></ul> Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
