They must also be comfortable with having a very “hands-on” role managing a significant amount of tactical work.   Specific responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Support the Vice President Assistant with overall deliverables and processes for the GMNS Executive office</li><li>Own processes to enable successful client meetings and events, including but not limited to, creation of client briefs in partnership with client management organizations, coordination of client events &amp; ticketing, and facilitation of client engagements across Business Units</li><li>Develop impactful presentations, content, agendas, and internal processes for key internal and external meetings (e.g. Senior leadership meetings, leadership offsites, regulatory meetings, Town Halls, Annual 10K, etc.)</li><li>Assist in planning of internal and external large scale events</li><li>Manage projects, teams, schedules and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of a variety of deliverables</li><li>Develop and continue to improve internal processes with the other executive offices across the GMNS Senior Leadership Team</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent project management, organizational and process/workflow skills</li><li>Outstanding detail orientation with ability to think and own “end-to-end”</li><li>Ability to efficiently prioritize, solve problems independently, escalate appropriately, manage tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships across the organization at all levels and work effectively in a collaborative, multi-cultural, team environment.</li><li>Strong sense of integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Energetic, curious, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure and in an unstructured environment with limited oversight</li><li>Team player, comfortable working in “white space” and willing to take on incremental responsibilities</li><li>Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required  </li><li>Three years of relevant work experience </li></ul> Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
