The Director, Global Strategy and M&amp;A will play a key role in the development and delivery of these critical initiatives. As a leader on the GCS Strategy and M&amp;A team, this individual will help to define GCSs long-term business objectives, set priorities, and analyze/ pursue strategic inorganic opportunities. This role provides the opportunity to learn about our current business as well as new business opportunities, and it provides excellent exposure to senior leadership across GCS. The candidate will have direct reports, but be responsible for leading a dynamic, motivated team across projects!How will you make an impact in this role?<ul><li>Apply innovative and critical thinking to synthesize an understanding of customer needs, marketplace and competitive dynamics, financial drivers, and business growth opportunities into a comprehensive strategy and business roadmap for GCS</li><li>Work across the GCS Senior Leadership Team and key partners to define priorities and operating plans to deliver against strategic objectives</li><li>Drive GCS inorganic growth strategies including buy/build/partner recommendations</li><li>Create presentation materials for executive presentations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other external stakeholders</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Outstanding analytical and strategic skills, with proven ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations</li><li>Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with comfort presenting to audiences of all levels</li><li>Self-starter with initiative, drive, attention to detail, and pride in work</li><li>Strong financial acumen</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external parties</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure of deadlines, while working independently</li><li>Experience leading and mentoring junior employees within a lean team</li><li>Operating within a fast paced environment  </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>MBA and/or experience in management consulting strongly preferred</li><li>Business Development or Investment Banking experience is a plus </li></ul> Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
