The Manager / Director, GenAI Product will be part of the GRC Product team and will focus on implementing prioritized Generative AI use cases to enhance risk and compliance processes. The role involves designing and deploying AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency in regulatory intelligence, policy interpretation, control testing, and issue management, while ensuring adherence to enterprise data, privacy, and risk standards. The incumbent will work closely with ERM&amp;RO, Independent Risk Management, Data Governance, Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the design and implementation of GenAI solutions for high-impact use cases such as automated policy query handling, regulatory change summarization, and risk data insights.</li><li>Collaborate with technology teams to integrate approved data sources and ensure compliance with enterprise data management and privacy standards.</li><li>Assist in defining evaluation metrics for solution performance, including accuracy, reliability, and user adoption, and support continuous improvement based on feedback.</li><li>Participate in change management activities including documentation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation validation to maintain control and audit readiness.</li><li>Ensure solutions incorporate appropriate safeguards for data security, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Work with stakeholders across ERM, IRM, and GRC to align AI solutions with risk governance frameworks and reporting requirements, including readiness for periods of heightened oversight.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly Generative AI.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI risk management and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.</li><li>Knowledge of AI governance and risk management frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AI and data privacy.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and centralization.</li></ul> Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
