The Director Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the PGA and their leadership team—helping to execute strategic goals, enable colleague engagement, and support the overall effectiveness of the Internal Audit function. Strategic &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Works with the PGA to align organizational priorities, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery against goals, with an emphasis on setting the agenda to driving flawless execution.</li><li>Coordinate team-wide initiatives, tracking deliverables and milestones to ensure alignment and accountability.</li><li>Work in collaboration with the Executive Office on Department Wide Initiatives</li><li>Support colleague engagement and development programs within Internal Audit.</li><li>Partner with HR and Communications on onboarding, talent management, and culture initiatives.</li><li>Develop presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders, and Town Halls.</li><li>Plan and support agendas for effective leadership and colleague meetings across the PGA’s team.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or managing complex programs in a corporate environment.</li><li>Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Finance, or related functions.</li><li>Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.</li><li>Familiarity with governance processes, executive reporting, and change management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and outcomes.</li></ul> Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic Agility and Execution</li><li>Relationship Management and Collaboration</li><li>Communication and Influence</li><li>Integrity and Confidentiality</li><li>Operational Excellence and Accountability</li></ul>  Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
