This role will contribute to delivering analyses and reporting that provide IAG leadership with the insights needed for critical resourcing decisions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining IAG’s resource planning tool, ensuring data accuracy</li><li>Generate regular reports on staffing, highlighting key trends and variances</li><li>Create capacity related dashboards and monitor KRIs</li><li>Review utilization data to highlight potential imbalances in staffing levels</li><li>Manage contractor on-/offboarding</li><li>Ensure compliance with IAG vendor governance procedures</li><li>Coordinate documentation for Statements of Work (SOWs)</li><li>Track and monitor vendor accruals and invoices</li><li>Produce analyses and compile data to contribute to the audit planning process</li><li>Review IAG Audit Report to ensure alignment with the audit database</li><li>Assist with Ad-Hoc related requests to support capacity management</li><li>Support preparation of deliverables to address regulatory requests related to IAG’s resourcing</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of experience</li><li>Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver deliverables with quality</li><li>Works independently, within the team and across various teams in a fast-paced environment to drive business results, employing creative thinking, and the ability to work on competing priorities</li><li>Learns how to break-down problems into components, and solve using data analysis, process, risk control knowledge, and experience to drive risk-based conclusions and decisions</li><li>Develops knowledge and experience in applying control theory and professional auditing practices throughout the audit lifecycle</li><li>Develops understanding of regulations, regulatory risks, accounting, and financial industry best practices, including technology and data implications</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with data analytic tools, data visualization, key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), information systems / technology, and scorecards / dashboards, etc.</li><li>Interest in working with data, interpreting results, analytic best practices and experience with data analytics tools and data visualization</li></ul> Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
