The Account Protection Specialist (APS) is responsible for the efficient processing of financial and non-financial related telephone inquiries from both Cardmembers and Service Establishments. A key player on the risk operations team responsible for:   <ul> <li>Validating applicant and cardmember identity.</li> <li>Detecting potential fraud at the point of sale.</li> <li>Transaction verification, inbound / outbound Canadian Fraud and Credit.</li> <li>Assisting your colleagues in other international centres to resolve charges from traveling cardmembers.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <a name="OLE_LINK1"></a>The ideal candidate must possess: <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills in English and French.</li> <li>College Diploma or University Degree.</li> <li>Retail or Credit / Fraud experience will be an asset.</li> <li>Customer-oriented attitude.</li> <li>Flexibility to work anytime between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm including weekends.</li> </ul> We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
