Job Summary We are looking for a Platform Software Engineer with expertise in RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) driver development on Linux and/or Windows. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance networking solutions for AINIC and DPU applications Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain RDMA drivers for high-speed networking (e.g., Ethernet, InfiniBand, RoCE) on Linux and/or Windows. Optimize low-latency, high-throughput data transfer mechanisms for HPC, cloud, and storage applications. Work on kernel-mode and user-mode driver components for RDMA. Debug and troubleshoot network stack, kernel, and driver-level issues using tools like Wireshark, perf, ftrace, and kernel debuggers. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and networking teams to enable seamless integration with RDMA-capable NICs. Ensure compliance with RDMA standards, protocols, and APIs such as Verbs, libibverbs, and DPDK/SPDK. Enhance system performance and reliability through profiling, tuning, and benchmarking.
