The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.We are currently seeking a Manager - Product Analysis and Strategy to join our Consumer Marketing &amp; Media team based in our New York, New York headquarters.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>At the direction of the SVP, Head of Product Strategy &amp; Operations, support the development and maintenance of existing and new features and experiences across AMCN’s streaming product portfolio inclusive of owned &amp; operated and partner platforms</li><li>Develop and maintain key reporting metrics to monitor and assess the health and performance of our streaming products (owned &amp; operated and partner platforms), ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for strategic decision-making</li><li>Partner deeply with the product organization to ensure seamless collaboration, prioritization and maintain product excellence across the AMCN organization</li><li>Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourages sampling and acquisition, deepen our engagement with existing subscribers and drives customer retention</li><li>Collaborate with the Retention and Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop and maintain a data-driven subscription offer management strategy that can be leveraged across our entire streaming portfolio</li><li>Understand and inform audience segmentation strategies and how that informs product innovation and iteration</li><li>Monitor overall performance and rollout of product updates and coordinate with</li><li>Marketing and PR on any relevant consumer facing enhancements</li><li>Partner with the Product organization to keep an up-to-date product roadmap to aid and inform daily decisions within the Streaming and Linear Products division</li><li>Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to help inform our owned and operated product roadmap</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across products that will help improve the overall health of the business and drive key business goals</li><li> Support the integration of new capabilities, features, and tools including A/B testing and optimizations</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (Required &amp; Preferred)<ul><li>Bachelors degree</li><li>5+ years of relevant streaming SVOD product experience – prior experience within a subscription environment a plus</li><li>Deep passion for product solutions and how they are used to create daily habits</li><li>with consumers</li><li>Obsessive about the consumer and how to solve problems that accrue to business goals and drive strategy</li><li>Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with shared ownership of workflows and accountability</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a bias for action</li><li>Solution-oriented, with an ability to course-correct projects that go off-track in the face of pressure</li><li>Must be highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul>The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience.
