The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.We are currently seeking a Mgr - Marketing Finance to join our Global FP&amp;A team based in our New York, New York Headquarters. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Manage the P&amp;L for the marketing organization </li><li>Lead the forecast process for company-wide marketing spend through the maintenance of detailed financial models  </li><li>Drive month-end close processes in partnership with Accounting and Corporate Finance, and analyze variances between actual results and forecasts </li><li>Partner with Marketing team to track financial performance of marketing initiatives and report against key performance indicators </li><li>Assist with annual budget and long-range planning processes </li><li>Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership team, highlighting key trends </li><li>Partner with Business Intelligence team to define and develop refined reporting capabilities </li><li>Complete invoice and contract reviews to ensure alignment with financial forecasts and budgets </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (Required &amp; Preferred) <ul><li>Bachelors degree, preferably in finance, business, or accounting </li><li>5-7 years of relevant work experience as a financial analyst, management consultant, or in a strategic accounting role </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel. Understanding of Power BI is a plus. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to perform detailed analyses and summarize key takeaways </li><li>Ability to prioritize ones workload to complete deliverables in a timely manner </li><li>Exhibit continuous improvement mindset to identify process pain points and partner with stakeholders to implement change </li><li>Experience working in the media and entertainment industry or within a marketing finance function is preferred </li><li>Experience in Oracle Essbase, Oracle Planning and Oracle EBS is a plus </li></ul>The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience.
