    - 5+ years of forecasting, designing or modeling supply chain
    - 3+ years of corporate program management experience
    - Stakeholder management, influencing and presenting to senior leadership
    - MS Excel: Intermediate. V-lookups and Pivot Tables at minimum.
    - SQL/Programming Language: Basic – utilize to extract, manipulate and analyze data.
    - Masters degree or MBA in relevant fields.
    - Specific experience in driving process improvements in network capacity.
    - Technical aptitude and familiarity with complex systems.
    - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.     Join Amazons dynamic environment as a Senior Supply Chain Manager with a analytical background, where you will play a crucial role in defining and building innovative products and service capabilities to reduce operational defects. As a strategic senior supply chain manager, youll take end-to-end ownership of concession reduction by focusing on North America SSD process and identifying opportunities which will drive Concessions.

    In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, supply chain, product, finance, and more. Utilize your analytical prowess to identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency, with a particular focus on optimizing the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network. Whether youre managing network capacity initiatives, overseeing cross-functional programmes, or focusing on strategic projects, your impact will be visible and ongoing and contribute directly to our commitment to being the most customer-centric company on earth.

    To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable working across the entire business, and be exposed to a wide range of functions from Operations, Finance, Technology, and Change management. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, manage multiple tasks and support projects simultaneously. Maintaining your relationships with the customers in operations and within the team, while owning deliverables end-to-end is expected. Critical to the success of this role is your ability to work with big data, develop think big initiatives, communicate findings in a clear and compelling way and work effectively as part of the team, raising the bar and insisting on high standard.
