The base pay for this position ranges from $123,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,000/year in our highest geographic market. The Role The Senior Post Silicon Lab Engineer will own the lab and related lab requirements for the Kuiper MODEM Post Silicon team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the lab, ensure safety standards are met, support Bring-up and validation board reworks, manage inventory of secure SOC, Boards and lab equipment, work with vendors to ensure instrument calibration and repair. In addition, you will support setting up test benches and own validation execution. Key Job Responsibilities •	Bring-Up and support debug of validation boards arriving from Assembly house. Own the secure storage, distribution and inventory management of these boards. •	Work with Engineers and vendors, to identify and purchase required bench top instruments. Ensure periodic calibration and repairs on the same. •	Drive future expansion needs. Work closely with Engineers across functions, identify existing gaps, future requirements and design solutions appropriately. •	Support Post Silicon Engineers with Board modifications, Board debugs, Design of Experiment and remote debugs. •	Ensure the lab meets safety protocols and compliance. Enforce trainings to reduce lab accidents.
