This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization. 10037 Key job responsibilities * This shift is a Day-Shift position, Wed-Sat with an 7AM start time. * Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues. * Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations * Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers * Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls * Participate in hiring, training and development of others * Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software * Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide * Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades * Assist with project implementations and technology deployments * Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards. * Participate in on-call responsibilities. * up to 25% Travel Requirements Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
