This is a technical, hands-on role that blends web development with marketing technology. You will be a key contributor to our web presence, focusing on building, maintaining, and optimizing our website while ensuring our marketing technology stack is properly integrated and configured.</p> <p>You will work closely with web development, web strategy, and technical operations teams to build new features, improve performance, and manage marketing integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or tracking issues.</li> <li>Ensure proper setup of website events, such as form submissions, click tracking, and other event-based workflows.</li> <li>Manage integrations between our website and key marketing platforms, such as Marketo, Demandbase, Bizible, CookieYes, and Qualified.</li> <li>Work with the legal and operations teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, using tools like CookieYes.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation for all implemented marketing technologies and provide technical support to the marketing team.</li> <li>Partner with designers and other developers to build beautiful user interfaces and functional user experiences.</li> <li>Write and review high-quality, well-architected code using HTML, CSS, Javascript.</li> <li>Build and maintain page templates through the use of APIs.</li> <li>Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement new web technology and methods that are beneficial to the goals of the organization.</li> <li>Successfully deliver complex projects with convoluted interdependencies.</li> <li>Work with the larger marketing team to edit and optimize the website to be more intuitive and generate more leads.</li> <li>Regularly run audits and tests for web speed, performance, and accessibility.</li> </ul><div><div><div><p>For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables.
