In this role, you will lead feature strategic design work, leveraging your exceptional creative skills and design expertise to spearhead our design initiatives and produce outstanding user experiences. You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional partner teams, you will be responsible for ensuring our product designs align with both business objectives and user requirements, while shaping the overall aesthetics, functionality, and usability of our products.</p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li> <li>8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual interaction design &amp; process.</li> <li>Passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences, highly curious, a future thinker, and always interested in learning more about complex topics and getting up to speed quickly</li> <li>Proficiency in design (primarily Figma) and prototyping tools.</li> <li>You have a familiarity with web technologies such as HTML/CSS/Javascript.
