Come join us!</span></p></div><h3>About the Role</h3> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM organization. Our mission is to improve engineering velocity, and you will act as a force multiplier on mission-critical, large, complex initiatives with a high degree of cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a balance of software engineering expertise,  leadership, and the ability to drive programs that align with both technical and business goals.</p> <h3>Who You Are </h3> <ul> <li>Technical depth to fully comprehend the nuances of software architecture, design and implementation in Cloud / SaaS / Enterprise domain.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in TPM or Engineering management, with a focus on software development or infrastructure.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments.</li> <li>Effective at developing roadmaps, able to guide teams through planning activities.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset, brings data-driven decision making to drive program improvements.</li> <li>Experience with risk and dependency management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and change management.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).</li> <li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana).</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally AI / LLM exposure.</li> <li>Technical background (e.g., former engineer, technical degree).</li> <li>Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe).</li> </ul> <h3>What You’ll Do </h3> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Programs: </strong>Drive end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical execution.</li> <li><strong>Align Roadmaps</strong>: Deeply understand technical roadmaps, align with business goals for timely product delivery.</li> <li><strong>Solve Problems</strong>: Resolve project-level issues, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks for smooth delivery.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate</strong>: Partner with multiple teams across Engineering, Product and other functions, and TPM peers, to ensure effective execution of projects and resolution of dependencies.</li> <li><strong>Share Information</strong>: Define and track KPIs, report progress and escalate issues to leadership.</li> <li><strong>Improve Process:</strong> Optimize processes, refine tools, and implement best practices for efficient program delivery.</li> <li><strong>Lead &amp; Mentor</strong>: Lead teams and mentor junior program managers for growth and collaboration.</li> </ul><div><div><div><p>For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables.
