Come join us!</div>What You’ll Do:  <ul> <li>Drive Efficiency for the EVP of Engineering: Ensure the EVP’s time and attention are focused on the highest priority initiatives by expertly managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-functional communications.</li> <li>Administrative Excellence: Own a high volume of operational tasks, including calendar management, meeting preparation, expense reports, and complex travel arrangements.</li> <li>Operational Support: Coordinate and help execute Engineering leadership meetings, all-hands, offsites, and planning sessions. Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.</li> <li>Communication Liaison: Interface with Engineering leadership, Product and Design stakeholders, executive peers, and other internal teams with professionalism and discretion. Draft or coordinate communications when needed.</li> <li>Project Coordination: Support special projects across the Engineering organization, including coordination of goals reviews, planning cadences, onboarding schedules, and documentation updates.</li> <li>Meeting Preparation: Prepare or source materials for internal and external meetings (e.g., technical agenda items, strategic decks, engineering KPIs, board updates, etc.).</li> <li>Time Optimization: Ensure the EVP is where they need to be, with what they need—whether that’s context for a 1:1, a set of slides for a leadership sync, or a clear buffer between high-stakes meetings.</li> </ul> <h1>Who You Are:</h1> <ul> <li>Experienced EA: You’ve supported senior executives (VP or above) in technical or engineering-heavy environments, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.</li> <li>Technically Literate: Comfortable navigating conversations and content involving engineering topics, software tooling, and developer culture—even if you’re not an engineer.</li> <li>Detail-Oriented &amp; Organized: You don’t let anything fall through the cracks and can juggle many moving pieces without losing focus or quality.</li> <li>Professional &amp; Discreet: You act with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism across all interactions.</li> <li>Prioritization Pro: You’re a master of time management—able to identify what’s truly urgent, what’s strategic, and how to keep momentum across it all.</li> <li>Strong Communicator: You write and speak clearly, and you’re comfortable representing your executive in written and verbal communication across levels.</li> <li>Self-Starter: You take initiative and proactively solve problems, always staying a few steps ahead of what’s needed.</li> <li>Culture Carrier: You bring energy, warmth, and a sense of calm to your work, helping create an environment where others can do their best work.</li> </ul><div><div><div>For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
