In this role, you will be building features that solve real problems for mental health providers. The ideal candidate is able to recognize that successful software development requires communication, experimentation, and iteration.  </p> <p>On this scaling team, you will have a strong hand in defining Almas clinical documentation features. The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate, able to work full-stack with focus on frontend, and leverages this skill set to build amazing digital experiences.   </p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>(60%) Work full-stack across our code base with focus on frontend work</li> <li>(10%) Plan complex multi-team projects with stakeholders and guide execution and delivery </li> <li>(10%) Own the team’s technical execution, goal setting, and prioritization practices</li> <li>(10%) Mentor software engineers</li> <li>(10%) Go beyond the team to impact the domain’s practices</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How You’ll Do It:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Gain a deep understanding of what Alma providers do, how they operate, and where their pain points are</li> <li>Design, develop, and implement maintainable and scalable product features using front and back end web technologies (React, Typescript, Python, Django, MySQL)</li> <li>Develop both provider-facing and internal-facing features around clinical documentation</li> <li>Collaborate with Alma managers, PMs, and designers to conceptualize and build solutions for practical problems facing Alma providers</li> <li>Ensure applications and services meet Almas standards for software including performance, scalability, and security</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have 6-10 years of experience as an engineer with a proven history of working across the stack with focus on frontend, and building products at scale</li> <li>You enjoy collaborating with engineering and product leaders on complex projects</li> <li>You have extensive experience with web technologies.
