The Claims Reconciliation team is responsible for the actions after a claim is submitted and a response is received from insurance. In this role, you will be building features that solve real problems for mental health providers. The ideal candidate is able to recognize that successful software development requires communication, experimentation, and iteration.  </span></p> <p><span>On this scaling team, you will have a strong hand in defining Almas features, services, and architecture. The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate with other teams to design and build amazing digital experiences.   </span></p> <h3><span><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span>(50%) Work on the backend, supporting complex initiatives to design, develop, and implement maintainable and scalable product features using modern web technologies (Python, Django, MySQL).</span></li> <li><span>(30%) Own and plan complex projects with stakeholders, operation leads, product managers, and designers and guide execution and delivery</span></li> <li><span>(15%) Own team quality practices and push for improvements</span></li> <li><span>(5%) Mentor other team members in thinking about the big picture, long term support plans, and building scalable and maintainable code</span></li> </ul> <h3><span><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span>You have 4-7 years of experience as an engineer with a proven history of working across the stack and building products at scale.</span></li> <li><span>You have extensive experience with web technologies.
