The individual evaluates the most complex claims on policies with greater than $250,000 in limits, including excess policies up to $20M. We are seeking a candidate with experience in handling high exposure, litigated BI Claims of $250,000 minimum.  The ideal candidate will have experience handling high exposure, litigated claims with a preferred background that includes Commercial and Personal Auto, Homeowner and/or General Liability.**</span></h1><p></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p>•    Reviews coverage, liability, and/or damages on the most complex bodily injury cases with severe injury triggers and policy limits of $250,000 and greater.</p><p>•    Ensures excellent litigation handling with appropriate defense on large loss cases</p><p>•    Addresses the most complex coverage issues</p><p>•    Responsible for the evaluation and settlement of high value, high risk and high complexity claims</p><p>•    Manage a diverse inventory of commercial vehicle, personal auto and homeowners claims, with specific emphasis on large loss bodily injuries.
