Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. We do not currently hire in CA, CO, WA, HI or NY**</b></h1></div></div></div></div><h3></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for complex cases</p><p>• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department</p><p>• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of complex auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise discretion and independence within increased level of authority</p><p>• For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims</p><p>• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage</p><p>• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills</p><p></p><h3>Experience</h3><p>• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)</p><p></p><h3>Supervisory Responsibilities</h3><p>• This job does not have supervisory duties.</p><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-SH1</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p>Base compensation offered for this role is $40,000 -$99,190 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.</p><p></p><p>*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role</p><p><b>Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
