In this role you will also be responsible for building and maintaining agency inquiry metrics and reporting. Through this data you will be required to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions and proactively develop and distribute clarifying materials. In addition, provide support for agency garnishments and Allstate Lending Connection program.
