You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations and will play a critical role in the growth of the Revenue Operations function.  We’re looking for a results-oriented individual who can drive operational excellence across our Sales team and bring a data driven perspective to forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and other sales metrics to help Sales Leadership see around corners and execute effectively on strategic initiatives.</p> <h2><strong>What youll be doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Act as a thought partner to Sales and other GTM leaders to uncover insights into the performance of the business, develop recommendations, and implement programs to enhance our sales organization</li> <li>Lead strategic analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization; lead cross-functional projects to drive those optimizations</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally and drive key components of our annual planning process, including modeling and target setting, territory planning, and systems and process improvements for the sales organization</li> <li>Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy within the sales tech stack</li> <li>Support the sales team operating cadence and business processes</li> <li>Be the connective tissue between Sales and the rest of the GTM organization</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance on top-line metrics analyses, commission inquiries and disputes, and other ad hoc reporting requests</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in sales operations or equivalent role at a high growth SaaS company</li> <li>Excellent first principles thinking skills</li> <li>Strong analytical skills; ability to thoughtfully structure analyses, answer key business questions, and drive decision making</li> <li>Experience in fast-paced environments and be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple concurrent projects</li> <li>Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or hyper-growth environment</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards, knowledge in how SFDC applications integrate with each other, and ability to enable Sales on SFDC best practices and related tools</li> <li>Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)</li> <li>Familiarity with related Sales systems and analytical tools (Gong, Apollo, Highspot, SQL, Tableau, etc.)</li> </ul> <p>Were a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package.
