Account Executive – Access Control Solutions – Central Time Zone, USAccount Executive – Access Control Solutions This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with sales management to strategize, plan and implement monthly and annual sales plans for each territory. Responsible for all sales activities including, but not limited to, making sales calls daily, conducting video conferences/webinar demonstrations, managing leads, following up, and closing projects. Develop and implement plans to meet both personal and company goals. Work with the Product, Marketing and Tech support teams to achieve of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long- term account goals in line with company vision and values.What You Will Do: <ul><li>Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects/clients of the various solutions the company offers for their accounts.</li><li>Proactively establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.</li><li>Answer all incoming phone calls and emails (leads) that are directed to the sales queue.</li><li>Effectively work with the Regional Sales Offices as a team to grow the market in sales, demand, and awareness of Allegion’s entire portfolio.</li><li>Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients.</li><li>Provide presentations and sales training for channel partners and end users. </li><li>Provide prospect/customer with product requirements and insure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding such programs.</li><li>Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.</li><li>Maintain contact with all Partner Accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and receive and resolve customer complaints and difficulties in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities in Allegion’s CRM. </li><li>Maintain and develop database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales goals as determined by the company.</li></ul>What You Need to Succeed: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li><li>2+ years inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience desired</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Strong customer focus and an ability to establish and develop strong relationships with customers</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Windows environment</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or basic CRM systems</li><li>A leader as well as a team player</li><li>Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and be able to work with little supervision</li><li>Must be able to work in a remote office setting  </li><li>Candidate must want to win and succeed, grow professionally and personally to reach their greatest potential</li><li>Electronic Access Control knowledge a plus! </li><li>Ideal candidate must live within the Central Time Zone in the United States.</li><li>This role is designed for someone with limited experience but a strong passion for sales, who is eager to learn the industry and grow with Allegion.</li></ul>Why Work for Us?
