We aim to lead by example by making satellite communications a more inviting and accessible industry for all.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our growth strategy within the U.S. Army and broader Department of Defense (DoD) ecosystem. The role will play a critical role in capturing new business and expanding ALL.SPACE’s footprint by identifying opportunities that align with emerging requirements in beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) and SATCOM technologies. The role will leverage a deep knowledge of Army acquisition processes, established relationships across key commands (e.g., PEO C3T, PEO IEW&amp;S, National Guard, Reserve, and Active Army), and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles to deliver results aligned with company growth goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  1. Drive Business Growth and Revenue <ul><li>Exceed annual sales targets by capturing new and repeat business from U.S. Army and DoD clients. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with All.Space’s growth objectives. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, relationship-building, and customer engagement. </li></ul>2. Build and Manage Strategic Relationships <ul><li>Establish trusted advisor status with key stakeholders in Army commands, including PEO C3T, PEO IEW&amp;S, National Guard, and Reserve. </li></ul><ul><li>Engage regularly with military leadership, acquisition officials, and integrators to promote All.Space’s capabilities. </li></ul><ul><li>Represent All.Space at industry events, military technology demonstrations, and customer briefings. </li></ul>3. Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul><li>Partner with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing, program management) to ensure aligned customer solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and solution development. Lead internal strategy meetings to align resources with customer priorities and deal timelines.</li></ul>4. Navigate DoD Acquisition and Proposal Processes <ul><li>Shape opportunities from early market shaping through RFI, RFP, and final proposal. </li></ul><ul> <li>Understand and leverage DoD acquisition strategies, contracting vehicles, and funding pathways. </li> <li>Support bid and proposal teams with strategic input, pricing strategies, and win themes. </li> </ul>5. Provide Market Intelligence and Forecasting <ul> <li>Track customer activity, competitive landscape, and market trends in SATCOM and BLOS domains. </li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM systems. </li> <li>Deliver regular updates to leadership on account status, risks, and growth plans. </li> </ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in defense or satellite communications sales. (In lieu of degree, a minimum of 13 years of directly related experience will be considered.) </li></ul><ul><li>Deep understanding of SATCOM technologies and tactical communication requirements within the U.S. Army. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record of successful sales into DoD agencies, especially Army acquisition commands. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with DoD procurement and acquisition processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance </li></ul> Preferred additional skills:  <ul><li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree. </li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience with DoD SATCOM integrators or prime contractors. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel 25% or more, including to military bases, industry events, and partner sites </li></ul>
