The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate key technical differentiators of Alkira service and help our large strategic enterprise accounts transform their network to become disruptive, creative and innovative. As a Solutions Architect, you are not only responsible for helping the Sales team but also helping shape the roadmap by providing a deep level understanding of customers technical needs. Location: This is a 100% remote position located in India, preferably Mumbai or Bengaluru Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead network architecture discussions with customers and partners</li> <li>Assist customers with design and deployment based on best practices</li> <li>Collaborate with customer networking and cloud teams</li> <li>Work with partners/customers on architecture, design, and deployment</li> <li>Conduct trainings and whiteboard sessions for customers and partners</li> <li>Create design and architecture best practices and guidelines</li> <li>Provide technical support for our customers</li> <li>Own customer success on key accounts from adoption and expansion perspective</li> <li>Work with Alkira product management team to provide feedback on upcoming features from the customer’s lens</li> <li>Track and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management to implementation</li> </ul> Minimum Requirements: <ul> <li>5+ years of overall experience </li> <li>Strong cloud and networking fundamentals</li> <li>Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience advising customers </li> <li>Minimum 1 year experience on cloud solutions architecture and design</li> <li>Technical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructure</li> <li>Networking background in the routing technologies and security</li> <li>Experience using cloud automation and orchestration tools</li> <li>Experience in large-scale network designing/deployment is a plus</li> <li>Strong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships</li> <li>Flexibility to travel</li> <li>Relevant Technical certifications are a plus</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> About Alkira Alkira was founded in 2018 by Amir and Atif Khan, the visionary computer networking team that created the multi-billion-dollar SD-WAN market with the founding of Viptela.
