Supports hiring managers in defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborates on employer branding and early talent initiatives.<h2>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</h2><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer management</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles</li><li>Source candidates via multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, networking</li><li>Ensure consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process</li><li>Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data</li><li>Support employer branding projects, including university partnerships and online presence</li><li>Support HR and business teams in ensuring smooth hiring logistics and employee readiness</li></ul><h2>PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</h2><ul><li>6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in life sciences, consulting, tech or healthcare industries.</li><li>University degree in humanities, economics, psychology,  law or related fields; Master in HR a plus</li><li> Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, Boolean search, etc.)</li><li>Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously</li><li>Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages considered a plus</li><li>Team-oriented mindset and high attention to detail</li></ul><h2>WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS</h2><ul><li>Normal office working conditions including frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting and computer monitor use.
