<div>Working in the Office of the CEO and reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, the <b>Manager of Strategic Initiatives</b> will support high-priority transformation initiatives, to aid in Aledade’s performance and growth. This role will contribute to the scaling and maturation of Aledade’s delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, which is Aledade’s priority transformation initiative in 2025 and 2026. The hire will manage and drive projects spanning tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations. As the program continues to scale across use cases, practices, and users, the hire is expected to take over program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management, as well as drive analytics, reporting, and insight generation for the program that supports prioritization and decision-making. The team member will serve as a go-to partner for internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams. Finally, as a member of the Office of the CEO, the hire will have opportunities to contribute to Aledade’s broader strategic efforts, in service of Aledade’s mission to do more good for patients, practices, and society.</div><h3>Primary Duties:</h3><ul><li>Research, analyze, report on, and inform Aledade’s EHR workflow efforts, including deployment, adoption, efficacy and impact, and future direction</li><li>Drive sophisticated and rigorous data analysis that informs decision making on high priority items in Aledade’s strategy and transformation portfolios, partnering with Aledade’s Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams</li><li>Gather, assess, and synthesize stakeholder input to understand trade-offs and accelerate collaborative cross-functional decision-making</li><li>Manage project plans, deliverables, and communication across multiple stakeholders for special projects as assigned</li><li>Serve as the Office of the CEO liaison to key teams and projects at various levels of leadership, including demonstrating company values and building strong cross-functional consensus on key decisions</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field</li><li>8+ years of progressive professional experience, or 5+ years progressive professional experience with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred</li><li>2+ years in healthcare strategy &amp; operations consulting strongly preferred</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Experience in value-based care strongly preferred</li><li>Experience in analyzing and interpreting data in health care settings, ideally in a population health and/or primary care environment, strongly preferred</li><li>Advanced Excel skills required, including the ability to work with large, complex, &amp; often incomplete data sets; conduct one-off complex analyses quickly; and utilize Index / Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas</li><li>Advanced PPT skills required, including storyboarding skills, ability to translate complex analyses and concepts into engaging slides, and ability to draft executive-level materials with limited direction</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization, tailoring communication style as appropriate based on audience</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in health care operations settings</li><li>Strong strategic planning and analytical skills</li><li>Strong “business analyst” toolkit, including abilities to independently prioritize, solve problems via hypothesis-driven analytical methods, manage across multiple responsibilities and projects, execute with attention to detail, and overcome ambiguity</li><li>Poise, confidence, and maturity interacting with key stakeholders </li><li>Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in appropriately handling sensitive information is required</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements: </h3><ul><li>Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
