This role puts you at the center of meaningful change in community health.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US, with periodic travel required for in-person CHC consulting, CHC events, and internal planning meetings.  </b> </div><h3>Primary Duties:</h3><ul><li>Identify opportunities for program development and strategic planning.  </li><li>Coordinate/collaborate with CHC Center of Excellence Staff on evaluating existing programs and resources to make them more valuable to CHCs.</li><li>Manage and analyze CHC data</li><li>Represent Aledade to CHCs during CHC summits and events </li><li>Other duties as assigned to ensure maximal coordination across Aledade teams.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li><li>2+ years experience working with or in an FQHC</li><li>2+ years of progressive value-based care experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability with program evaluation and/or resource development</li><li>Demonstrated analytical abilities. </li><li>Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, </li><li>Strong and clear thinker/writer. </li></ul><h3>Preferred KSAs:</h3><ul><li>Demonstrated experience using Tableau or other analytics tools</li><li>Change Management experience (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) </li><li>Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in business, healthcare administration, or public policy.</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
