In this pivotal role, you will develop comprehensive AI strategies, manage advanced technical capabilities, and ensure responsible adoption of AI technologies across IT systems and business processes.</div><h3>Primary Duties:</h3><ul><li><b>Business Consultation &amp; Use Case Discovery:</b></li><li>Consult directly with business units to identify high-potential AI opportunities that align with strategic objectives</li><li>Lead discovery workshops and needs assessment sessions with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Translate business challenges into technically feasible AI use cases with clear success metrics</li><li>Develop prioritization frameworks to assess AI initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements</li><li>Guide business stakeholders through the AI solution lifecycle from concept to implementation</li><li><b>AI Solution Design &amp; Architecture:</b></li><li>Design end-to-end AI solution architectures that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations</li><li>Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps</li><li>Select appropriate AI approaches, methodologies, and technologies based on business requirements</li><li>Develop data strategies including sources, preparation, governance, and quality requirements</li><li>Design integration approaches with existing systems and business processes</li><li><b>Compliance &amp; Ethical AI Governance:</b></li><li>Ensure all AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies</li><li>Implement privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles in AI solutions</li><li>Develop frameworks for bias detection, fairness evaluation, and model explainability</li><li>Create model documentation standards and review processes for compliance validation</li><li>Design appropriate human oversight mechanisms for AI systems</li><li><b>Implementation &amp; Adoption Support:</b></li><li>Provide technical guidance during solution development and implementation phases</li><li>Support testing and validation of AI solutions against business requirements and performance metrics</li><li>Develop adoption strategies and change management approaches for AI initiatives</li><li>Create measurement frameworks to track business impact and ROI of implemented solutions</li><li>Facilitate knowledge transfer to business stakeholders for long-term solution ownership</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b></li><li>Serve as the technical bridge between business units, data science teams, and IT departments</li><li>Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to address governance requirements</li><li>Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in business-relevant terms</li><li>Build consensus among diverse stakeholders around AI solution approaches</li><li>Advocate for responsible and ethical AI practices throughout the organization</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting</li><li>Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions across multiple business domains</li><li>Experience with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI)</li><li>Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences</li><li>Experience in stakeholder management and business requirements gathering</li></ul><h3>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:</h3><ul><li>Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field</li><li>Certifications in cloud AI services, solution architecture, or project management</li><li>Experience with MLOps practices and tooling for production AI systems</li><li>Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, insurance) with compliance requirements</li><li>Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and their implications for AI systems</li><li>Experience in model risk management, model validation, or AI auditing</li><li>Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives</li><li>Consultative mindset with strong listening and needs analysis skills</li><li>Business acumen with ability to align technical solutions to business objectives</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning</li><li>Ethical approach to AI design and implementation</li><li>Strategic thinking balanced with pragmatic problem-solving</li><li>Collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments</li></ul><div><b>Who We Are:</b></div><div>Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
