<div>Veriforce is seeking a versatile Sr. Designer, Product Marketing to be the creative engine of our Product function. You’ll support Product Marketing, Voice of Customer, Analytics, and Executive Communications by turning ideas, insights, and strategies into engaging, visually compelling experiences. <br /><br />This is a hands on role that spans data visualization, presentation mastery, and motion graphics - with a focus on using design as a storytelling tool. From simplifying complex concepts into visuals that drive product adoption, to creating animated content that engages customers, to building board level presentations that inspire action - your work will shape how our products and strategies are understood and remembered.</div> <h2> What that means day-to-day:  </h2> <div><strong>Voice of Customer &amp; Product Experience</strong><br /><br />· Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and updates.<br /><br />· Incorporate motion and interactive elements for use in product marketing, testing, focus groups, and customer feedback.<br /><br />· Translate product requirements and customer insights into intuitive, engaging solutions.<br /><br /><strong>Product Marketing Design</strong><br /><br />· Develop newsletters, one-pagers, campaign visuals, enablement and launch materials.<br /><br />· Use motion graphics and animations to make communications more engaging.<br /><br />· Simplify complex product concepts into visuals that are easy to understand.<br /><br />· Leverage emerging design tools, including AI-driven solutions, to create work more efficiently without sacrificing quality<br /><strong><br />Analytics Visualization &amp; Storytelling</strong><br /><br />· Create dashboards, infographics, and visual reports that turn complex analytics into clear insights.<br /><br />· Design visual frameworks that highlight performance trends for both technical and executive audiences.<br /><br />· Support competitive intelligence deliverables, such as battlecards and playbooks.<br /><br /><strong>Executive &amp; Strategic Presentations</strong><br /><br />· Transform PowerPoint decks into polished, high impact presentations.<br /><br />· Use design, data visualization, and storytelling to make messages memorable.<br /><br />· Adapt presentations for customers, partners, leadership, and the board.<br /><br /><strong>Brand &amp; Design Excellence</strong><br /><br />· Maintain a consistent visual identity across all deliverables.<br /><br />· Evolve design standards and templates to improve efficiency and quality.<br /><br />· Champion visual communication as a tool to clarify, persuade, and inspire.<br /><br /><br /><strong>What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)</strong><br /><br />· You’ve established yourself as the go to creative partner across Product, Analytics, and Voice of Customer teams.<br /><br />· All major product launches, customer insight reports, and analytics dashboards are visually consistent, on brand, and compelling.<br /><br />· Executive presentations are visually stunning, strategically clear, and audience ready without last minute redesigns.<br /><br />· Interactive prototypes and motion graphics are regularly used for testing and communication, improving stakeholder understanding.<br /><br />· Data visualizations and dashboards consistently highlight insights in a way that drives action.<br /><br />· You’ve introduced design efficiencies - templates, standards, and workflows that save time across the function.<br /><br />· You’ve experimented with, and embedded AI-powered design workflows that help the team work smarter, faster, and more creatively.</div> <h2> What you’ll get in return:   </h2> <div>We want you to be able to do your best work here.
