You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce features and</div> <h2> What that means day-to-day:  </h2> <div><strong>Team Leadership and Management </strong><br /><br />Lead and manage a high-performing cross-functional development team, providing regular feedback and nurturing their technical and creative problem-solving skills. <br /><br />Work closely with our Product team to prioritize, assign, and deliver upcoming work, ensuring that implemented software meets long-term business objectives. <br /><br />Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. <br /><br />Supervise the delivery of other developers on the team by setting priority and guiding deliverables. <br /><br />Represent the Salesforce development team when engaged with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts, Project Management, Operations, Infrastructure, Compliance, and the business customer. <br /><br /> <strong>Technical Development and Implementation </strong><br /><br />Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with other systems. <br /><br />Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. <br /><br />Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. <br /><br />Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed solutions. <br /><br />Develop software solutions to business problems, leveraging established design patterns and coding standards. <br /><br />Maintain code quality, organization, and automation, troubleshooting and resolving production issues as part of tier 3 support during office hours. <br /><br /> <strong>Project Management and Documentation </strong><br /><br />Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. <br /><br />Prepare and maintain documentation for system configuration, release management, and operating procedures. <br /><br />Participate in planning, decomposing, estimating, scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation exercises. <br /><br />Operate in both waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. <br /><br />Create and maintain documentation supporting training, system administration, deployment, and operational processes and procedures. <br /><br />Diagnose, troubleshoot, and remediate incidents and problems to support the end-user community. <br /><br />Contribute to the vision, roadmap, and platform investments needed to take our business solutions to the next level. <br /><br />Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, QA, and key operational teams, to strengthen and elevate the platform from a technology perspective. </div> <h2> What you’ll get in return:   </h2> <div>We want you to be able to do your best work here.
