<div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Salesforce Solution Architect</strong> to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across our enterprise. You will play a key role in a multi-cloud Salesforce transformation- leveraging <strong>Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft</strong>, and more to enable integrated, future-ready business capabilities.<br /><br /></div><div> As an expert within the Salesforce delivery team, you will serve as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution- translating complex requirements into architectural designs that meet enterprise standards and maximize business value. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, developers, consultants, and product teams to guide end-to-end solution delivery, while ensuring long-term platform health and scalability.</div> <h2> What that means day-to-day:  </h2> <div> <strong>Solution Architecture &amp; Design</strong> Design and own the architecture of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and systems. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures. Align architectural decisions with business goals, IT strategy, and Salesforce Well-Architected principles.<br /><br /><strong>Technical Leadership &amp; Delivery Oversight</strong> Provide architectural oversight to cross-functional Salesforce project teams. Guide configuration, customization, and declarative automation to align with best practices. Partner with developers to ensure high-quality code and maintainable technical solutions.<br /><br /><strong>Data &amp; Integration Strategy</strong> Design robust integration patterns using MuleSoft, APIs, and middleware solutions. Define and oversee data models, migration strategies, and synchronization between Salesforce and external systems. Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance requirements.<br /><br /><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Collaboration</strong> Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and technical teams. Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Product Owners to refine requirements and align solution designs.<br /><br /><strong>Platform Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong> Establish architecture standards, documentation, and reusable solution frameworks. Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices.
