As a Credentialing Supervisor, you’ll lead our credentialing team to ensure providers are credentialed quickly and accurately — so patients always have uninterrupted access to care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll streamline workflows, introduce new technology, and tackle complex challenges alongside clinical, operations, and payer relations teams. If you’re energized by leading people, improving processes, and building a credentialing function that supports high-quality care, we’d love to meet you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and support a team of credentialing specialists to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant work.</li> <li>Oversee credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging processes to keep providers active and patient care uninterrupted.</li> <li>Monitor application timelines to prevent delays and resolve escalated issues from staff, clinics, and providers.</li> <li>Partner with operations, compliance, payer relations, and clinical leaders to align on provider onboarding and coverage needs.</li> <li>Build, refine, and document SOPs and policies to streamline workflows and strengthen compliance.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the state, federal, and payer-specific credentialing requirements.</li> <li>Act as the primary liaison for external partners, including payers, hospitals, and credentialing verification organizations.</li> <li>Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, supporting system upgrades and special projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).</li> <li>3+ years of experience in provider credentialing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role (preferred).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of NCQA standards, payer requirements, and credentialing best practices.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve escalated issues.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Exceptional organization skills, with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience with credentialing software and databases (preferred).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stock-options package</li> <li>Health benefits include medical, dental and vision</li> <li>401K</li> <li>Long-term disability</li> <li>Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Paid Leave Program</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location &amp; Specialties hiring: </strong></p> <ul> <li>This role is in-person in Pomona Valley with the opportunity to work remotely on a case-by-case basis</li> </ul><div><div><div>Salary range</div><div><span>$60,000</span><span>—</span><span>$75,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><p>Akido Labs, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to contact us about appropriate employment opportunities.</p></div>
