If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where curiosity, trust, and impact matter, youll fit right in</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the Role: </b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>We are looking for a </span><b>Implementation Specialist (German-speaking)</b><span> to join our team in </span><b>Berlin/Paris</b><span> and manage the onboarding of customers across the </span><b>DACH and EMEA markets. </b><span>You will be the first point of contact for new customers — your mission is to ensure they’re set up for success and ready to unlock the full value of Aircall.</span></div><h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Manage the onboarding process for a portfolio of new customers across DACH and broader EMEA</li><li>Collaborate with Sales to gather the right context and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding</li><li>Understand each customer’s business needs to implement tailored solutions</li><li>Conduct product training and setup sessions to ensure customers are confident using Aircall</li><li>Handle onboarding tasks such as account configuration, integrations, and testing of the telephony setup</li><li>Proactively communicate with customers to drive adoption and early value</li><li>Identify and escalate any technical challenges in collaboration with Support and Product</li><li>Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the onboarding experience</li><li>Continuously improve internal processes and documentation to scale implementation excellence</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li><b>Native or bilingual proficiency in German</b>, and <b>fluency in English</b> is required (French is a plus)</li><li>1+ year experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles</li><li>Comfortable onboarding customers on a SaaS product; tech curiosity is a big plus</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment</li><li>Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences</li></ul><div>Aircall is constantly moving forward.
