This role will focus on strategic vendor negotiations, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor negotiations and procurement best practices in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable procurement processes and partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></div><h3>Strategic Procurement &amp; Sourcing</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with Aircall’s business goals.</li><li>Lead vendor selection and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness, service quality, and scalability.</li><li>Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and spend optimization across the company.</li><li>Establish and track KPIs for procurement performance, focusing on cost savings, supplier efficiency, and risk mitigation.</li></ul><h3>Vendor Management &amp; Negotiation</h3><ul><li>Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance, pricing, and contract compliance.</li><li>Lead pricing and service negotiations with suppliers to maximize value while maintaining strong partnerships.</li><li>Develop and implement a supplier evaluation and selection framework to ensure alignment with company needs.</li><li>Work closely with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with business objectives, though this role does not directly lead contract negotiations.</li></ul><h3>Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance</h3><ul><li>Establish and enforce procurement policies and processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure procurement activities align with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.</li><li>Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure vendors meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Implement tools and systems to streamline procurement operations and improve visibility into company-wide spend.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and Business Leaders to align procurement with company needs.</li><li>Provide strategic procurement insights to stakeholders, helping teams optimize vendor relationships.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.</li><li>Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, and supplier management.</li><li>Strong experience in managing global vendor relationships across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC).</li><li>Familiarity with spend analytics, and ERP systems.</li><li>Ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality.</li><li>Understanding of legal, financial, and compliance considerations in vendor agreements, working closely with Legal but not leading contract negotiations.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, scaling company with a complex vendor ecosystem.</li></ul><div>Aircall is constantly moving forward.
