This includes communication, customer / supplier relation &amp; meetings, and improvement actions.</li><li>Maintain a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services.</li><li>Develop cross-functional teamworking and apply practical problem solving tools.</li><li>Understand the human aspect of change to accompany the teams in implementing new ways of working.</li></ul>Your boarding pass:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or similar field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education.</li><li>8+ years professional experience in a procurement operations environment (monitoring, auditing, developing suppliers/operations) or equivalent.</li><li>Knowledge and expertise of Quality Regulations, Quality Core Tools Knowledge, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Practical Problem Solving, International Mgmt. system standards, Authorities / Regulations / Standards, Knowledge of QMS, Auditing/Assessing, IPCA+ and CCP tools / Risk Management / Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of various aerospace products technologies (Detail parts machining/sheet metal, Standard parts, Composites and paints/sealants) or automotive equivalence is highly preferred</li><li>Valid Driver’s License</li><li>Green Belt/Black Belt certification, CPIM certification (Certified in Production &amp; Inventory Management)</li><li>Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.</li></ul>“Salary range based on the required profile: 130,000 to 145,000/year (including a variable part based on your performance).
