MAJOR END RESULTS TO BE SOLVED IN THE POSITION<ul><li>Support the full and accurate visibility of the Buy Costbase in short, mid and long-term</li><li>Support and consolidate the assessment of all risks &amp; opportunities related to Current and next 5 years on RC costs (CoP &amp; CoS)</li><li>Ensure the follow-up of corrective measures defined to achieve the Buy targets.</li><li>Guarantee the financial reliability and accuracy of any Business Case.</li><li>Ensures Finance processes implementation and conformity (planning, budgeting &amp; reporting processes), particularly guaranteeing full compliance of Buy processes with the Internal Financial Control Standards.</li><li>Contributes &amp; promotes financial awareness to Belfast management team.</li><li>Contributes to continuous improvement of BuyControlling Processes through regular challenging of the activity, including targets setting (OP process) and KPI development and deployment.</li><li>Support the Programme &amp; VSM (Value Stream management) with the governance and messaging behind the Buy perimeter for A220</li></ul>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsibilities - your mission…The successful candidate will be part of the Belfast Plant financial controlling team, reporting to the Head of Plant Belfast.  Reporting, Forecasting &amp; Risk anticipation/mitigation<ul><li>Consolidation &amp; submission of multi year Operative Plan and cascade of annual budget </li><li>Working &amp; liaising with stakeholders in order to ensure alignment on the delivery of major forecasting milestones (FC1,2 &amp;3) and OP</li><li>Ensure Finance processes implementation and conformity (planning, budgeting &amp; reporting processes), ensuring full compliance with the Internal Financial Control Standards</li><li>Providing Robust Forecasting of RC costs against targets</li><li>Guarantee the assessment of all risks &amp; opportunities related to Recurring Costs</li><li>Ensure the follow-up of corrective measures defined to achieve the targets</li><li>Ensure rigorous processes are in place to maintain data integrity and guarantee accuracy of reported RC actual &amp; forecast information</li></ul>Business Partnering<ul><li>Overall business partner to the BIM management team &amp; act as the local focal point for Procurement Controlling in Belfast</li><li>Build &amp; maintain strong links to the operational teams within the plant and regular alignment and co-working with these teams is essential (physically and remotely)  </li><li>Contributes &amp; promote financial awareness to the operational management team</li><li>Provide upfront and robust alignment with the VSM and A220 controlling team regarding the Buy perimeter  </li></ul>Data Integrity, Compliance &amp; Governance Leadership<ul><li>Guarantee the financial reliability and accuracy of any Business Case</li><li>Evaluate project appraisals &amp; business cases to assist decision-making</li><li>Monitor &amp; challenge as necessary all discretionary investment and ensure that planned cash flows &amp; NPVs are in accordance with the approved Business Case for the investment</li><li>Lead the team in identifying and securing business improvements &amp;
