Throughout this journey, you will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies.What you will be doing:As an Electrical System Digital Transformation Intern, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our engineering team with the implementation of advanced digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Digital Solutions Implementation: Collaborating with the electrical engineering team to deploy digital solutions and technologies aimed at optimising the performance and monitoring of electrical systems.</li><li>Data Analysis: Collecting and analysing data from electrical systems to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement. Youll use this data to inform decision-making and suggest strategies for enhanced system performance.</li><li>IoT Integration: Assisting in integrating Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors into electrical systems to enable remote monitoring, data acquisition, and predictive maintenance capabilities.</li><li>Cybersecurity: Working with the cybersecurity team to ensure that digital solutions and data transmission within electrical systems are secure and comply with industry standards.</li><li>Research and Innovation: Staying updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and digital technologies. Youll propose innovative ideas and concepts that can be applied to improve our electrical systems.</li><li>Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all digital transformation processes, including design specifications, implementation details, and testing procedures.</li><li>Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting testing and troubleshooting of digital solutions to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation phase.</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data analysts, and electrical technicians, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing infrastructure.</li><li>Presentation and Reporting: Preparing periodic progress reports and presentations to update the management team on the status of digital transformation projects and key outcomes.</li></ul>Requirements:Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
