Be accountable for managing audit findings and implementing long-term corrective actions.</li><li>Transformation Leadership: Guide and oversee involvement in major transformation projects, including the ARP project, ensuring robust and effective deployment. </li><li>You will accompany your local customer (Process Operator Manager Representative (POM Rep), which is the link between the Process Operators within the business and the process management team) to the PMR (Process Management reviews) and be the point of contact on-site.</li></ul>  Your Boarding Pass:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Supply Chain or a related discipline</li><li>Master’s degree (Preferred)</li><li> 10 years of work experience,  including 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Project Management.</li><li>A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing processes, and production management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading lean/continuous improvement projects with tangible results.
