Youll also guide junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.</p> <h4> </h4> <h4><strong>A Typical Day</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality Search features and enhancements for Airbnb iOS app. </li> <li>Identify areas of codebase improvements, drive mobile best practices and architect performant, reliable and scalable mobile solutions.</li> <li>Provide critical input in the team roadmap and technical direction.</li> <li>Prototype new features to collect feedback and iterate on to reach ideal product solutions.</li> <li>Effectively advise stakeholders on the technical scope and feasibility of complex product requirements.</li> <li>Follow data-informed approaches to conduct experiments and iterate on features. </li> <li>Mentor, guide, advocate and support the career growth of individual contributors.</li> </ul> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <h3><strong>Your Expertise</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years’ experience developing iOS applications at scale with a high volume of users</li> <li>Expertise in building and maintaining high-performance and scalable consumer iOS applications, preferably using Swift and SwiftUI.  Experience with Motion and/or prototyping is a big plus.</li> <li>A strong passion for iOS UI and UX development, with excellent engineering and coding skills. Solid understanding of app architecture, performance and scalability. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional partners.</li> <li>Enjoy collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions, and are motivated to improve their teammates’ productivity.</li> <li>Demonstrated adaptability and a flexible mindset to embrace changing priorities, willingness to shift focus between building new product experiences and strengthening our technical foundation. </li> <li>Passionate about continuous learning and innovation in the mobile industry.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Your Location:</strong></span></p> <p><span><span>This position is US - Remote Eligible.
