You will join Aidoc Medical’s Clinical &amp; Reimbursement team to support the ROI modeling efforts that demonstrate the clinical and financial value of our AI solutions to healthcare systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, improve, and customize our ROI tool — a comprehensive health economics and clinical outcomes calculator — to provide data-driven insights tailored to each site. ROI Tool Management &amp; Customization<ul><li>Maintain and improve the ROI spreadsheet model (Excel/Google Sheets).</li><li>Input, validate, and update health economics and clinical data from peer-reviewed literature and internal analyses.</li><li>Adjust assumptions and calculations to reflect site-specific financial structures or special requests.</li></ul>Client-Specific Analysis<ul><li>Partner with sales and customer success teams to create customized ROI analyses for health systems.</li><li>Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to address unique customer needs.</li><li>Prepare clear data visualizations and summaries to communicate ROI insights.</li><li>Join customer calls to present ROI models to clinicians and executives.</li></ul>Research &amp; Validation<ul><li>Stay current on medical literature, health economics studies, and reimbursement trends to keep the ROI model evidence-based.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical experts to verify assumptions and incorporate new clinical data.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work with marketing to develop ROI case studies.</li><li>Share trends and insights from ROI analyses with product teams.</li><li>Support sales teams in customer conversations by explaining ROI methodology and findings.</li></ul>Process Improvement<ul><li>Streamline and automate the ROI calculator where possible (e.g., advanced formulas, VBA scripts).</li><li>Create documentation, guidelines, and training materials for internal teams on ROI tool usage.</li></ul> Required:<ul><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and macro/VBA automation).</li><li>Background in health economics, healthcare finance, or clinical outcomes research.</li><li>Experience interpreting medical and clinical literature and translating findings into financial impact.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ROI findings to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, sales, and product teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Familiarity with financial modeling or cost-benefit analysis in healthcare.</li><li>Experience with healthcare reimbursement models, value-based care frameworks, or population health metrics.</li><li>Skills in data visualization.</li><li>Basic knowledge of automation (e.g., Google App Scripts) or converting complex spreadsheets into lightweight web calculators.</li></ul>Working at AidocWe’re a dynamic, collaborative and fast growing team of more than 400 global employees, committed to improving the world of healthcare.
