The Executive Assistant will be a central point of contact for scheduling meetings and coordinating travel for our President across a variety of stakeholders: Aidocees, customers, Board members, and investors. Aidoc is a multinational company, and this person will support our President’s interactions across time zones – in the US, Europe and Israel. This person is exceptionally organized and proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely and independently.<ul><li>Manage the President’s professional and personal calendar</li><li>Coordinate domestic and global travel and accommodation</li><li>Coordinate multiple-attendee meetings involving various senior leaders</li><li>Proactively assess and resolve potential calendar challenges and conflicts and notify relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Streamline travel logistics and meeting schedules to optimize the President’s time and maximize his productivity </li><li>Monitor President’s inbox and provide timely reminders and follow-up on outstanding responses and action items</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, with direct experience supporting an executive, ideally in a fast paced, start-up environment</li><li>Skills: Proficiency in office software, travel management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)</li><li>Attributes: Organization, proactivity, high emotional intelligence, discretion, attention to detail, sound business judgement, timeliness in execution, flexible availability, ability to work autonomously, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory based on experience)</li><li>As we are a remote-first company, this role requires the flexibility to be available during work hours across east to west coast time zones</li></ul>We are a dynamic, collaborative and fast growing team of more than 400 global employees, committed to improving the world of healthcare.
