We take the core platform and tailor it to each customer’s unique workflows, systems, and objectives—building customizations, integrations, and extensions that unlock real, measurable value. </span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>As a full-stack Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with R&amp;D, customer success, and customers to implement these high‑impact solutions. Your solution will directly enable customers to achieve their goals faster, smarter, and more seamlessly, turning our product into customer-specific outcomes. </span></div><h3>How You’ll Make an Impact:  </h3><ul><li><b>Deliver customer‑focused solutions:</b> Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and tailored customisations that extend AiDASH’s product to support unique customer workflows and business goals.</li><li><b>Own full stack development:</b> Work across the stack—from backend (Python and Java) to frontend (React with TypeScript)—to build robust, scalable features end-to-end.</li><li><b>Write clean, maintainable code:</b> Follow best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability, while maintaining clear documentation.</li><li><b>Ensure quality and reliability:</b> Develop testable, production-ready code, proactively debug issues, and contribute to a strong review culture to uphold engineering standards.</li><li><b>Collaborate cross-functionally:</b> Partner with Professional Services leads, Customer Success, and R&amp;D teams to translate customer needs into reliable engineering solutions.</li><li><b>Work with databases:</b> Design and optimise schemas, queries, and data workflows using SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.</li><li><b>Communicate effectively:</b> Share ideas and updates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams.</li><li><b>Innovate &amp; iterate:</b> Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and continuously suggest improvements to tech stack, system architecture, and engineering workflows.</li></ul><h3>What were looking for: </h3><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in delivering full-stack web applications.</li><li> Graduated with a degree in computer science or a related field from a top-tier institute </li><li>Experience in Python or equivalent backend and React for frontend.</li><li>Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models and queries</li><li>Ability to write scalable, clean, maintainable code </li><li>Strong analytical &amp; problem‑solving skills, customer‑oriented mindset </li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment </li><div><br /></div></ul><div><span>We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
